Order Process

• As soon as we received (when you complete the Checkout process) your order we will pick it and confirm stock

• As soon as we have picked your stock you will receive a Tax Invoice via email for payment

• Stock will be held for 3 working days for payment to be received

• As soon as payment in received we will dispatch your order and update you with shipping information

Payments can be made via direct deposit or via Paypal (Paypal payments incur a 2.6% surcharge).

Shipping

NOTE: PLEASE USE STATE CODES IN SHIPPING ADDRESS FIELD (ie QLD, WA, NSW) to see full list of freight options - this is currently a bug in the system and full state name are typed some shipping options will not be retrieved.

* If you are having any issues with shipping rates not displaying please choose store pickup and submit your order - we will work out shipping options and get back to you for your approval

If your order contains Aerosol paint we can only ship via Couriers Please or Direct Freight Express - please choose one of these options in your cart to see an accurate price of what you will be charged.

Aerosols can not be shipped to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Our shipping options are for Business to Business deliveries and assume that premises are open to accept deliveries during regular business hours.

None of our couriers are able to call you ahead of delivery but do send Out for Delivery notifications via email and/or text message on the day of your delivery.

If your items are travelling via Direct Freight and they are unable to deliver your parcels or leave them at the unattended premises additional redelivery fees may apply. Please note these fees can be substantial and will be on forwarded to you if we are charged them.

Stock Levels
Website stock level are live, and we do our upmost to ensure they are always accurate. Please wait for your Tax Invoice before making payment to avoid the possibility of paying for out of stock items.

GST
All prices displayed in the online store exclude GST, GST will be charged.
